options should stay in effect until they expire and if they expire worthless so be it, if the management does its job and gets the product to market the options should be very valuable even priced at $2.09.
Yes they should Jack. There is only one problem though if they do that (for them, I mean). Since it is an incentive stock option plan, they are only allowed to issue a certain determined number of options under the plan. Thus, if they don't cancel the shares, they can't issue the number of options they would like (presuming that they exceed the number of options allowed to be issued under said plan).
What a way to screw investors. Issue options and then reevaluate your position in a few months. If the options are in the money, you just exercise them and voilà. If they're not, just cancel them, and reissue new options at a lower price. Win Win situation for management!
Do you think MJ is going to answer me regarding the PP? ... or am I not worthy enough to participate in a PP... Hey, I've put up with management this long, I should get something in return! At least I took my profits the last time this stock ran and bought back in just over 2. I feel sorry for all the investors that held on to they're shares believing in MJ's 'the best is yet to come'. A lesson to be learned : when a director starts to promote the stock by using such statements, just take your profits and run!!!!!!!!!!
