According to folks on the Yahoo thread, it was Leo Kopp (of Kopp Investment Advisors) who was on CNBC this morning and listed DMIC (along with 2 other stocks) as a major gainer for this year. Kopp is a major shareholder in DMIC and has been one for quite a few years now. I saw an article in Business Week several years ago that described his performance, style, and some of his holdings... DMIC was on that list and, after some personal investigation, I bought into DMIC myself. I've done well as a result. Kopp is good... worth listening to.
