Yup Auric, I gotta admit, that really sucks only excuse I can think of is how he know he'd be missing the July/August launch windows, and was afraid that stock would get clobbered. Hell, everyone here would have done the same if they had a half a million shares. Fred probably has more shares coming to him in the future, so why not take some profits off the table. Fred probably saw how ITG was getting killed during low volume markets, and maybe figured the appreciation on launch would be more tied to volume figures then the pure hype of ECN's and how unlikely is they'll get to 20mil shares per day. I suppose they'll be asking him this question at the shareholders meeting. Like I posted before, my insiders tells me there will be no launch in August, so it pays to wait till we get some of these questions answered before going long in early September. This stock may be too cheap to short, but I'll keep my cash in my pocket for now.
