This board has been quiet.
Today is the set court date for the HYBRID LITIGATION
SETTLEMENT. It gives an opportunity for anyone who wishes
to voice on the matter of settlement if they oppose the
PLAN. The PLAN could be put into legal effect today.
Remember to submit your claims by and get them in
on or before September 27, 1999.
