Cheer up guys. Why...I don't know but BEST seems to be buying 100 share blocks today! Pretty pathetic, huh. :< We just are not invited to the party today. The Honchos at Optical Access, etc. still don't know how to gain name recognition on the street or maybe the street knows about our little Cisco better than we do???
