BTSR has made an impressive return to profitability, but because it's an IT Services Company, the market is ignoring it for now. It is selling for about 25% of sales and expenses were held flat despite an 11% quarterly boost in sales. The +95% year-over-year comparison and the chart are most attractive and predictive of the day when the Wall Street penguins will come marching back.
