dear john. here you are again. it must be spring..

i, for one, like this merger. i'm long cscc and will probably keep my stock. both cscc and asnd are top guns in their complimentary sectors which both happen to be the fastest growing sectors of the networking market..remote access and wan switching.

compared to coms and usrx this is a marriage made in heaven..coms is facing lots of low end pressure from intc while usrx makes modems not advanced access concentrators that compete with asnd..

asnd and cscc have no baggage that i can see except for a slow quarter..they merge complimentary best of breed technologies..

and yes john, now that cscc becomes part of a silicon valley company, asnd, michael murphy can start covering them. i know that will make you very happy.
