James, my belief is that MSFT will play these "Market Threats" up to their fullest potential in the near term, and even sacrifice the short term potential performance of MSFT stock in the process. Therefor, I'm starting to think that although I don't see much downside for MSFT at these levels, we may not see significant upside movement until MSFT clears their bowels on this issue. Long term, this will only help the stock as it can only help their feud with the DOJ and Jackson, but short term this may very well damper MSFT's performance. An interesting approach to this issue on MSFT's behalf, I must say...cut off the leg to save the body type drama playing out here! Teflon
