I'm showing 23.8 million outstanding and 14.1 million in float...is this correct? If so the selling can't go on much longer and if institutions are buying at these levels (which keeps the price stable)then the stock should pop up at some point very soon. Bad news or a market down trend would be the only things to prevent a move up.
