MPTV also has the benefit of the 43mil tax loss carry forward that will be for MPTV's benefit only. This company is in the best shape it has been in since Gould, (bless his heart....ahhemm) tried to bankrupt the company. The man (God bless his soul....(is it hot down there?)) cost this company about 2/3 it's value. When he initially tried to foreclose on the loan I believe we were sitting at about 225 million shares. Well enough about woulda, coulda, shoulda.... We are still positioned to make a fantastic return, especially at these levels... Don't have any near term predictions other than it should easily get past .05. Tom
