The valuable information from the MSNBC article is that Armstrong agrees with Tom Jermoluk's vision but Hindery is the trouble maker. Armstrong came from a DirecTV background . He was the founding father of the DirecTV project and look at how successful it is. It's natural that Armstrong will side with TJ to make E@H another success story. Otherwise, how can you explain that Armstrong approved the purchase of Excite in January? At that time, Hindery was not on board.

The disagreement may be more between Armstrong and Hindery.
But I think TJ can persaude Armstrong to avoid make another mistake similar to that of Netcapes.
