1999 Company annual meeting authorised maximum number of shares
to be 50M. This means if it needs to be they can issue new shares
to the maximum of 50M.
Presently there are about 25M issued. Exact amount can be verified
by looking into financial statements.

As far as having cash on top of their JV with Kinross might be difficult bargain in present market condition and not a critical one.
