My recollection is that the stock went down a little immediately after
the writeoff. The stock should be driven higher by the increase
in the company's business resulting from the opening of the various
mines Northern Orion will be building, as well as by improvements in the profitability and reserves at the Con Mine. Continued exploration
success by Northern Orion will help, as would any discovery on the
part of Miramar directly. This will all take years to unfold, but
the risk is low compared to companies that require a discovery to
move the stock price. Some prudent purchases and subsequent success
in exploration and development of properties purchased would provide
another boost to the stock. Miramar has considerable upside
potentional for investors willing to hold the stock a few years.
