***THIS SONG...... This song was popular very briefly and is probably my favorite. It was a song I searched for diligently as a DJ but to no avail....never knew the artist or song title...then one day a station played it..having worked at that station I called on the private line and spoke to the DJ....was really happy..song was popular in 79-80 "The summer sun is fading as the year grows old, and darker days are drawing near, the winter winds will be much colder, now your not here........" CLUES: 1) This is a solo effort by the lead singer of a major group (well known to all) 2) The album this appeared on origionally has a title associated with a Sci-fi movie. NAME: The singer,song title,album name, and the group the singer is best know for. This should smoke the gears!!!!!! off to work.....TTFN
