In the "99 Annual Report"

Just read through the Annual Report and have got to wonder if these two statements have any correlation:

From Global 99 Annual Report:

...One possible SOFC application is as an auxiliary power unit (APU) in a vehicle or truck or within an electric hybrid vehicle for battery recharging and driving range extension. Another promising application is for APUs for the truck transport industry. Regulations are coming into effect to prohibit trucks from idling for periods over a specific duration; an SOFC based APU would provide power while the truck engine is stopped....

From Delphi News Release on July 27, 1999:

...Delphi will invest $6.8 million in its generator operations located in Anderson, Ind. The investment is for the installation of new equipment and tooling for a lean generator assembly cell to produce a new high-output generator for a future truck program.
