Lost theory: The name Jackson was a thinly veiled attempt for Jorj & Co. to pay tribute to Jack Nicholson, who Jorj has loved since the first time he saw "One Flew Over the...".
Lucious Jackson..great nickname with possible positive ramifications in his high school and college years. "That dude can cut some serious skirt".
"Mood swings I can't let you in..."--LJ from 'Fever in Fever out".
I love the LP..Very cool indeed.

BTW (to AntMan)--Jackson Browne is often ridiculed these days, BUT he has done some very good work over the years. 'Lives in the Balance' is a great LP. "For America" is a fantastic tune with Gary Myrick on guitar. "A kid I was when I first left home..was looking for his freedom and a life of his own..but the freedom that he found wasn't quite as sweet when the truth was known...
I've prayed for America, I was made for America, I won't give up until She comes round.....Til the Land of the Free is awake and can see..and until Her conscience has been found".
You have to admire a guy who left the feel-good love songs, which made him $$, behind to write about the REAL things that he cares about.
