CSCC price factored in the poor quarterly results. I believe they would have had to offer .9 sh ASND if CSCC had made its numbers. ASND is getting CSCC at a cheap price but without the merger CSCC would probably have opened 20-25 today. CEO Smith looked out for his shareholders with this merger- The first smart thing done for us.
