Hold CSCC if you like ASND. It's a cheap way to buy ASND(discounted several points). Also if any other player like IBM or LU wants to acquire CSCC they'll have to step up with a better offer soon. Looks like a win-win situation for CSCC holders UNLESS there's trouble at ASND.
