I think the real reason the stock took a dive is because MSFT is suing them for trademark infringement over the "designed for Windows 95" label that they have put on the SoftRAM software. There was an article about the company's legal problems in Monday's Washington Post. If MSFT wins the suit, you can say good-bye to all the profits from the sale of the SoftRAM product.
