MCI Frame Net Melts Down And another link, last one from me about this subject: techweb.com I don't know about you guys, but what I find most striking is not that the outages can last that long, but that this whole thing revolves so much around customer service and information. Note the statements from customers (in the other links I posted) like "if we had received better info we could have put contingency plans in place". Compare this whole mess with what happened many moons ago when AT&T's network melted down for a while.
