I would expect routing delays to drop substantially when the die size goes from 184 mm2 to 104 mm2 and I would also expect the clock skews to become tighter but I have no idea of what the percentage of clock goes into gates/routing/skew for this class of processors. May be Scumbria can comment.

Apparently they are yielding 750s with 0.25 for almost 2 months now (I wouldn't care to speculate on yields) and future speed path work should yield something.
