hi all;

while i m happy to see a nice bounce of CSCC shr price today, i think the latest M&A action really doesn't measure up, on a pure price basis. 0.7x of ASND stk is way too cheap (another COMS/USRX type of deal!) So i suspect there may be a few people who may object. That said, the combo of ASND and CSCC should help to solidify segment of the mkt, NN should be concerned! So, from the strategic pov, the combine entity should be able to position itself nicely - it may even attract another takeover!
