To all MPTV'ers! Just got back from Vegas. I went to the property yesterday. I was staying at the MGM. It took about ten minutes to walk to the site. The first thing I saw was a big white sign in front saying joint venture project, timeshare resort. I went into the lease office and asked the receptionist is there someone I could speak with. She introduced me to Gretchen M.Schroeder ( I have her business card in front of me). Extremely nice,professional woman. I bombarded her with questions. She said she would gladly answer all she could. She showed me the two demos that are complete. They were nice units. She walked me around the property showing me what buildings they are tearing down and what is staying. The units that were coming down had demolishing tarps all around them. When we returned to the lease office she gave me a map of the property crossing out the units that were coming down. Now for the hard questions. I asked her if she is in close contact with Jim Vellema or Brent Hull. She say's they speak frequently. She said she had only been there since june 15th. Apparently the J.V. partner brought her in. In a round about way I inquired who pay's her. She replied MPTV. Then I just came right out an asked who the J.V. was. She looked at me and said you don't know? I said no. She said I can't tell you, only Jim can tell the public. I asked when the big construction will start, she said very soon. I then asked if she owned MPTV stock. She replied with,of course I do. We visited for about 30 minutes. When I left there some telephone contractors in front where the burned out buildings used to be. I talked to them, they said they were locating wires in the ground to set up boxes for future buildings. They had no idea what kind of construction. Next to Lake Trop is a huge piece of property that is also going to be a casino and timeshare resort. This is a great location. Construction is going on all around the property. Down the road the new alladin is being built and road crews are widening the street and putting in new sidewalks. I have a roll of film I took of the site, but have not developed it yet. I have been in MPTV for about a year and a half. This is our cash cow. GO MPTV! GOOD LUCK ALL! SCOTT P.
