Looking up, through the sky where Perseus sits a meteor shower flickered
through the heavens last night. Likewise, for those who know Internet IPOs
it's been a lot of similar falling metal burning up on re-entry the past
month. As a group the Internet IPOs e-harmon.com tracks are down 40% since
July 15.

Before Chicken Little screams the "sky is falling" keep in mind that the
group also is up 95% overall from their initial public offering price. While
most retail (indy) investors don't have a prayer of buying at the IPO the
percentage of after-market run is important as a benchmark for valuation.

Let's look at which of the more than a dozen have cratered and if they
warrant another look. The biggest pop to drop was Pacific Internet
(NASDAQ:PCNTF) with a plunge of 54% since July 15 to $46 per share August
12. It provides ISP services in several Asian countries with a plan of
rolling out more in the region.
