On another note, I just searched the SEC records. It does not look like First Equities has filed yet to trade shares on the market. Therefore, I have some apprehension about this. Looking back at the '96 4Q report, shareholders of record in Oct' '96 were supposed to get warrents to purchase additional stock (at a discount). This never happened. However, in the recent March '97 filing, Dawcin exercised some warrents for cash, so it's very unclear. Does anyone know the clear facts about these shares. On paper, it seems that shareholders should be coming out ahead, but these things never appear in my account. I'm getting tired of waiting. Dave
