My understanding from the news release before this one is
that DVID HAD!!! to be trading @ at least $1 by 8/16/99 and
remain so for 10 days to avoid delisting. We didn't despite
the good last minute developments. The reverse split is
already authorized & "in place" for an announcement on
Monday. We are all screwed (especially warrant holders).
