Follow up to my CD saga. When I sent my e-mail to customer support yesterday I also CC'd Robert Gordon, Paul Henry, and Amy Grashel. As of now I have gotten three responses, one from Paul, one from Customer Support and one from Amy. I guess Mr. Gordon was too busy (as he should be). If there is a silver lining to this cloud, I guess it would be that they are responding to customer complaints. Several months ago this was not standard procedure so it shows that there is some improvement in that area. Amy has spoken to Valley Media and has asked me to fax her a copy of the packing slip, which I will do (along with the advertisement for the competition). Today, someone at my office was talking about a CD that she wanted to buy so I ordered it for her with my music card and I am having it shipped to my office. If I get it within a reasonable amount of time, I will then conclude that the shipping problems that I have had in the past were probably linked more to my mail man than to the company. I will let the thread know how it turns out. Susie
