What makes you so sure? Why would the correction be in its finishing stages as opposed to being just a sucker's rally or even just a sideways move? For a short term play you might be right, but I wouldn't invest in this market given all the doubts out there. Setting a target of 12,000 implies that you believe the market is pretty safe, but if you're a short term player what difference does it make whether the market goes up or down - you just go long or short for that day or week.
