David-- As I said, I'm not an accountant, but something is awfully wrong with the stock at 7/16 bid, and from their past activities, I do NOT trust anything they say---personally I think its time to find a stock with directors more competent than Dingus & Maas to pursue which allows me to choose any company since I can't believe that there is any other company out there that has more incompetent, self-serving people on the board of directors than those two. As I have said in the past that, in my opinion, only thing they are skillful at is the timing of the sales of their insider stock. In that area, in my opinion, their skill is unparalleled. SH
