I'm amazed.

I had several conversations with CyBerBroker representatives over a year ago about becoming a Cyber customer. It was certainly clear about who I was and where I was, to the point of getting detailed information about a frame relay connection. Because I had already started with another firm, and because my hook up charge would have been very high, I chose not to go with Cyber at the time, but have recently been considering that option again. Am I to understand that as a CT resident I would not have been able to trade with Cyber during all this time??
