David, All things come to pass for those that wait. It will happen in its own timeframe and not one that we may like. In weighing my own valuation model, the delisting possibility to the pinks has taken center stage here at this time. The fundamentals though haven't changed in my model. Its going to be a rough road IMHO until this issue is resolved, but thats some of the risks involved with stocks, the rewards have to be weighed with those risks in mind. Will be happy to see it done with though and on to better things. Dave
