I get the impression that Panic and this crew would be welcomed, but a lot of ugly stuff could come out between now and then as SEC uses suit as a fishing license to dig up more problems. Interesting that despite a wierd positive response immediately after the news [Anything that blows Panic out is cause for celebration!?], this thing went down on a day when Dow up nearly 200 points.
