Somehow I missed your post. I have signed up for pacific brokerage with a small account just to see how they handle it. After getting my password this weekend I am going to try it today.
The question that I had on those options that they have is that the open interest does not change during the day. Is this standard?

Anyway, thanks to everyone who has posted sources of info and I will do the same for all of us peons.
