I think it is going to file bankruptcy and put all their money in the private company McNamara owns, Celebrity productions - just to get out from reporting any monies; I mean that is what they have been doing anyway for the past 3 years - taking money from OUI profits and other mag profits and putting it into other endeavors and running the company bereft. From what I gathered from the first playboy attorney - PMGIF does their paper layouts and some of their website stuff.

I will look to see if they have been removed from the Canadian exchange and see if they filed anything over there this coming week. Other than that and getting hold of the la attorney again, nothing has been very fruitful and doesn't look too good.

If I didn't already have money in it, I wouldn't be putting any in. At 6 cents I am even; this was the last stock I ever went on a chase to get and it will be the last. I am hoping they file something other than a late filing - until then, don't bother getting in - the bid/ask is pitiful; company performance is abysmal and managment is negligent to shareholders. In any book that would mean a flop.

Hope that helps you; I wanted this to be good but I can't recommend and haven't recommended this to anyone. Anything I find on it I'll post on the public board too.
