Good effort. Was the acquired business operating at the same profit level?

I haven't bothered to rough out a profit projection but have noticed a few analysts ratcheting down the EPS by a small amount over the past few weeks. If I was concerned, I'd have done what you did and also called the company to get their view of it and to request updated analyst reports. I'd check their fresh models. Heck I may do that anyway. I have some old ones in my file which I did get from the company awhile back.
