Immediate thoughts: a) So 40MM was Rhyme pmt for taking care of that case. I'd say as it ended up steeled out of court, he would not need the 60MM mentioned. b) It is a bit BS to have 6 mths results shown, as if we were not able to add and subtract. c) Calbear agreement - anyone read it in details - any risk involved, or are we totally out of possible damage from that side. d) !!!! I am missing an agreement, with DPFN !! I think. e) Clear now that Cottonwood is not a part of the group. f) I wonder if maybe Rod Clawson will be leaving the scene together with the KLHE parts. Thoughts ? Kr Jens
