For your info, my wife works at a public school, she recieved the lifetime learning package at
her school at the end of May. They recieved two mailings, one for the music department one
for the school in general. Mailings were very well done, explining the whole program and
linked to the National Music Foundation and their scholarship program. Mailing also included
a full color poster. Now by my wifes own admission, the fundraising timetables for the
schools vary greatly, dont expect on the first day of school the money will be pouring in.
Some kick off right away in Sept.,others Oct and November. The fourth qaurter numbers will
tell the real story. Not just the schools, but also kicking in will be 4-H, FBLA, USA Volleyball,
disabled athletes and the rest. Things could look very good around Christmas. Did anybody
really expect great 2nd quarter numbers? 3rd quarter should show some more improvement,
but my eye is on the fourth quarter. TSIG
