Correct me if I'm wrong and your way is correct but I saw a tip a few days ago for the same effect.

Right-click on the Start Menu
Select Open
In the new window, right click on blank space
Choose new folder
Name folder- Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}
Press enter
