isoman--- 99 X out of 100 a minimum wage flunky paid by the law firms find a stock that has dropped considerably. It is easy now with the tools available on the net. Then a law clerk tries to find any insider sale. Next an intern attempts to find 1 or more shareholders to file a class action. WALA! We have a suit filed which will probably be settled out of court. It is like a dance. The company buys insurance. The premiums are split between the insurance co and the lawyers and some change thrown to the shareholders. There are even occasions where a shareholder goes to a law firm-- WOW! I get cynical since there are so damn many of these filed, many with little basis, but everyone wants to get their losses back,,LOL! The lawyers nor the insurance companies want the expense of going to court. By he time lawyers collect fees and expenses there is little left-- but if they go to court and lose they get zero! It is not the lawyers, insurance cos, courts, or shareholders being wrong or greedy--- it is the society of today. Anything some one does not like deserves a law suit,,, yeah,Right! Just my BS opinion late at night LOL!
