Thanks for the response. I checked and I do have Paint Shop Pro, JPEG was not checked off, so I checked it. Now I wonder how to use it, since I'm not very computer literate. If you can shed any more light on how to proceed, I'd appreciate it. (I'm trying to be able to send photos over the net, and must use a JPEG format). I do, however, keep getting a "disk full" message.
