Stockholders in Arizona and North Dakota are Shafted! Well, well! Shaman stockholders in Arizona and North Dakota are ineligible to participate in the rights offering. It seems that Shaman didn't receive state approval in those two states -- something about not meeting minimum requirements. A pretty disgusting situation if you ask me!
