I don't recall Ridgway being a Yukon Placer Miner. I do know that the Pan-American companies he has been involved with are into hardrock mining in Canada, US, Central and South America and have raised more than 50 million dollars in the past decade for exploration. Ridgway and his associates are well connected all over North, Central and South America. I admire their initiative to pursue new endeavors and flow with the times. The criteria is almost the same when investing in resources or with these new infomediary or cybermediary companies. "Mix bits of technology, a measure of investor greed, a dollop of sound economics, a goodly portion of show biz and a ton of entrepreneurship". This company has excellent technical people, a solid business plan, is well financed to promote and increase shareholder value over the next 2 years. The long and short of it is I would rather be long than short on this company when it resumes trading.
