Let ask you something. DO you know the combined classified rev. for the USA (Not to mention the small fact EBAY gets a cut of that Rev. were as newspapers do not? Do you know how much money changes hands at flee markets in USA? Do you know the combined auction rev. in the USA? Can you tell me how much EBAY will and has impacted the above off-line biz.? Lets not limited it to everyday people. Lets throw in % of the actual day in day out normal retail transaction that take place. Selling cars, boats, houses, clothing, on and on... EBAY is a economy in itself one can look at EBAY as USA taxation agency taking a small cut by getting together sellers and buyers all happening inside a server farm. Now throw in world wide coverage of the above. EBAY France, EBAY Germany, EBAY England, EBAY Japan, It's a way of life all most.. <gg> Just a little joke for Sat. Until you can ans. the above questions all earning est. attempts are futile. When one buys EBAY one is buying potential and the potential is Hugh. These lower stock prices are a gift and will let investors that have missed the boat on the first run come aboard, you and I both know there are many of them. If you are short you are on the wrong side as long as the CPI numbers are OK that is. <VBG>
