j,

I don't find any surprises except that Mr. Lau seems more optimistic about Jetcrown's potential than in earlier statements.

We knew that Kwanasia was having problems and it now appears that the problems are related to a sharp decline in orders from Behringer. Kwanasia/Kwanta had losses of $80K, not serious, but greatly below the $1.4M profits they contributed a year ago. Mr. Lau seems confident the situation for them will improve within a year.

I don't think there's any doubt that Jetcrown will be showing major growth. It appears that all of their major customers are increasing orders and there's a major new customer that might show up on the next Q report. IMO Jetcrown could get into the $60M rev range with earnings around $12M. Get Kwanasia profitable and...

Last year they produced strong earnings in a very weak economy and increased dividends 10% (excluding the special dividend). They have just reported .39 (with losses from Kwanasia) and are anticipating growth in the coming Qs. If I didn't own so much already, I'd definitely be buying more.

JMHO,
Ron
