Hi BIGWAX, I asked Tom yesterday regarding the 10-QSB filing. He said that his SEC attorneys indicated that it would be filed yesterday. Since I didn't see it come out on FreeEdgar, I would assume that there was some holdup with the filing. Since the filing was expected yesterday, I would say that it is ready to go and will be out by Monday. IMO. I am very concerned about ECNC's price. I have known Tom Hughes for over a year and have trust in him. With trust in Tom, I can wait for the price increase. The business has to be built first and then we will worry about the price. Once the business gets going, nothing will be able to keep the price down. Not shorts, not MM, not even some stupid investor that keeps selling shares below the bid. Take care. Scoobey
