Keith...

I wouldn't short bonds here...this latest move up and Fed hike is already priced in. I'd bet if AG does the 1/4 point like most expect, then we'll have one heck of a bond rally. I think (don't have it in front of me) that any move lower in rates on Monday could give me a buy signal on them. I was pretty bearish on equities a few days ago...but supports have held, and I've got buy signals everywhere in tech land.

SNDK...a friend pointed them out to me when they were in the teens a while back, stating that they had all the LARGE chip makers by the balls when it came to royalties on Flash.....and so far he's right!!!! I'm not worried about SNDK competition right now...but I am worried about them getting snagged into a legal battle due to their aggressive royalty dealings. MP3, digital cam's, & PDA's are all pushing SNDK for now. Problem with the stock is the float...big moves are a fact.

BTW....did you know that GIC gave BRCM their MPEG code for the 5000 box cuz the stuff they bought wasn't up to snuff....smells like a slam dunk, I wonder when the wedding is :-)
