Therefore, there are only a few possibilities regarding your claim: 1) You are not telling the truth. 2) You know someone inside the DTC, who is giving you this information. 3) You are an insider with one of the 3 companies and obtaining information from one of the executives. I've been doing some DD on this and have come up with the following: Standard & Poor's CUSIP numbers for Triangle: 1) 895847 - Issuer Base 2) 895847101 - Common Exchange - 3/27/98 3) 895847200 - New reverse split - 7/30/98 3) 895847309 - Equities issue - no date given If and only if the shares have been registered with the DTC (Depository Trust Company) in New York, will we be able to get the outstanding number from this source. However, I spoke to Decklin Luis (counsel) and Cathy Kasiak (Proxy dept.) who indicated that this information was not available to the public. The only individuals who could obtain this information are the participants (Triangle) and issuer's counsel (in this case I believe it would be Goldman). The only other way to get this information is through a subpoena via a court order. So unless someone is getting information currently from an insider or is an insider, I cannot see how this information can be obtained in this case IMO. If someone indicates that they got the information from the DTC, please take it with a grain of salt. This is just my 2 cents. I'll wait for the financials. MyName
