Sure I would see this comment as rather insulting. Maybe I simply have to much fantasy when I reconstruct an ironic point behind this sentence. ("If I would think these Americans were dumb, I wouldn't take care to post to them anymore. I tell them about it in a post. So they see I actually post to them. They must see now that actually I don't believe they are dumb.") Anyway, even if he has thought it like that, he should have known before that it is much too risky to go on like this. At least after some replies he should have taken care to heal the consequences of his words. And that he didn't take care at any time to apologize seems to indicate that he doesn't care about people. Surely I am not mediating anymore. Gustave has become so insulting, especially against truedog, that he has to take care of his own words. I won't do any work for him, may that be advertising or mop-up, any more. This is a promise. C.Kahn, you have been open-minded. I praise you for that. Also I had seen this quality in you before I first -misguidedly- acted. Don't thank me. I thank you. Regards MNI.
