The articles of impeachment certainly were DOA. It was apparent that the partisan Dems were going to goosestep to a verdict in favor of Clinton, evidence be damned. The Senate Repubs however gave the Dems good cover by short circuiting the process and failing to let House Repubs lay out their entire case, call all the witnesses they needed, etc. It was shameful and testicle free exhibition. I have seriously considered leaving this party of cowards. JLA
