It isn't necessarily a conflict of interest unless ATHM ISP is getting special services from the ATHM infrastructure. First you would need to split ATHM into totally separate divisions separated by a firewall. Might as well just break the company in two. Thats T's proposal. Otherwise- what is to stop ATHM infrastructure from giving preferred pricing to ATHM ISP? Regulation. Can you point to examples of this. The obvious example is the RBOC's, who have all the exact same issues. Microsoft does not charge software vendors to use its operating system so the same issues do not apply. Eric
